Integrative Therapy
Our sessions would be collaborative. I hope to offer a space that feels safe, warm, non-pathologizing, and grounded in curiosity. Together, we can explore your challenges and what matters to you, helping you to reconnect with yourself, widen your capacity to be with all emotions, and shift how you experience yourself and relate to others. With time, this can support being present, self-compassion, self-trust, and movement toward growth and what feels meaningful.
I have experience accompanying adults and young people who are navigating grief, trauma, feeling stuck, anxiety, depression, intergenerational stress, loneliness, life transitions, neurodivergence, relational challenges, and questions of self-understanding.
I work from an integrative, trauma-informed, and body-centered approach within an anti-oppressive framework. Drawing from somatic psychology, emotion-focused therapy, neuroscience, mindfulness, parts work, and art therapy. You can find more about art-based practices here

Liberation Oriented,
Anti-Oppressive Care
My approach is responsive to how broader systems shape experiences of feeling unseen, unheard, disconnected, or disempowered. Some models of psychology have “reinforced oppressive structures by shifting focus away from those structures and onto individuals” (Ignacio Martín-Baró, Writings for a Liberation Psychology). I am mindful of the systems I work within.
Guided by cultural humility, I stay open to discomfort, complexity, and reflection in myself and in how I practice. If you would like to book a free 15 minute consult, please feel free to contact me
